Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) heart of palm, drained and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 3-4 limes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
