Here are three refreshing juicing recipes for you:

 

1. Green Goddess Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach leaf's or kale (1 cup of each if using both)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 or ½ cup broccoli 
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of ginger

Instructions:

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cucumber, apples, broccoli and lemon into chunks.
  3. In a juicer, process the spinach (or kale), cucumber, apples, lemon, broccoli and ginger.
  4. Stir the juice well and pour it into a glass over ice.

 

2. Tropical Citrus Burs

Mango Pineapple orange Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 Blueberries (optional) 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all the fruits by cutting them into manageable pieces.
  2. In a juicer, combine pineapple, orange, mango, lime, and coconut water.
  3. Juice the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Garnish with blueberries (optional)
  5. Pour the juice into a glass, and enjoy the tropical goodness!

 

3. Beet Carrot Energizer

  • 1 medium-sized beet, peeled

  • 4 large carrots, peeled

  • 1 apple

  • 1-inch piece of turmeric (or 1 teaspoon turmeric powder)

  • 1 lemon, peeled

Instructions:

  1. Cut the beet, carrots, and apple into chunks.
  2. Peel the turmeric and lemon.
  3. Juice the beet, carrots, apple, turmeric, and lemon in a juicer.
  4. Stir well and pour over ice for a refreshing and vibrant drink.
