No Bake Energy Bites Vegan

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or any nut butter of choice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds(unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: add-ins like chia seeds, chopped nuts, or dried fruit

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
